Description
Experience Level: Entry
Urgent help needed brentford 23 juje 2pm
We seek qualified legal representatives (advocates - landlord and tenant) to attend residential eviction proceedings on our client's behalf. As an eviction firm handling numerous cases monthly, representation is required across multiple jurisdictions. An urgent appointment has been scheduled for Monday in Brentford and we need an advocate well-versed in landlord and tenant litigation to appear before the magistrate on our client's behalf.
The ideal candidate will have experience advocating in housing courts, a strong understanding of relevant legislation and procedures, and the ability to adequately convey a landlord's position to a presiding judge. While past success handling unlawful detainer, breach of lease, and failure to pay rent claims is preferred, willingness to prepare for this specific case on short notice is essential. For the Brentford hearing, the representative must be available to closely review provided documentation and testimony in advance of the proceeding and professionally argue our client's case for possession of the dwelling.
Compensation will be commensurate with the attorney's qualifications and regular hourly rates. We request bids from qualified barristers or solicitors able to dedicate half a day to properly handle this crucial court date. The ability to communicate clearly, follow instruction, and ensure our interests are appropriately represented before the court is important. Please provide your resume or experience summary along with your rate for this engagement. We will swiftly select from submitted proposals to book someone for Monday.
