Selling my company, legal advice

I am currently going through an acquisition for a business that I own shares in. I am a minority shareholder and in the coming weeks I will have documentation to sign before the sale of the business.

I am looking for someone who has experience in supporting these types of projects and helping me read over the documentation and getting the best deal for myself. We do have larger company lawyers involved that are representing all of us; however I want to get an additional legal firm involved to support my personal interests as a minority shareholder.
