Review/Rewrite Legal Contract

I am looking for writer & editor for legal writing of contract with relevant legal & contracts background. Usage of legal dictionary and attention to details are a must. The contract is meant to regulate subcontracting of recruitment services (headhunting for permanent hiring & manpower supply for temporary basis). Feel free to enter any more relevant clauses or to change the sequence, rewrite and/or change the wording/terminology yet keeping the soul/aim. The project involves several parties; Clients, Subcontractor and Staffing Agency. In this context; I represent the staffing agency. The recruitment work will be conducted by the staffing agency. The aim of the contract is to protect the interest of the staffing agency avoiding the Subcontractor from preventing due payments once profiles contact details are disclosed. Especially that Clients & the Subcontractor are both operating in a country where the Staffing agency has no presence.
