One-off legal review of contracts for a new UK security agency

I'm looking for a qualified UK solicitor to carry out a one-off review of the core documents for a newly registered London-based security contractor placement agency, before we put them into use. This is a review of existing drafts — not drafting from scratch — and not an ongoing retainer.

Documents for review:
Client Service Agreement (terms with clients hiring our contractors)
Contractor Agreement (self-employed security contractors)
Schedule of Services (per-assignment terms)
Co-Founder Agreement (between the two company founders)
BS 7858 vetting & application form (collects personal and criminal-record data — GDPR angle)

Key areas to be checked:
Self-employment status / IR35 (contractors engaged on a self-employed basis)
Liability and cancellation clauses in the client agreement
Data-protection / UK GDPR wording on the vetting form
The co-founder agreement (equity, director appointment trigger, deadlock)

As an all-female agency, confirming the correct legal basis for women-only hiring (occupational requirement and/or positive action under the Equality Act 2010)
