Description
Experience Level: Entry
We would like to add a new clause to our standard terms and conditions.
It is regarding the right to rectify any issues or problems with our work before anyone else does. What that means is that our customers would have to let us fix any issues with our work as we have a contractual entitlement to do that. If we weren't able to fix the problem, the customer could refer the work elsewhere. If we had an entitlement to rectify any issues in our standard terms and conditions, if the customer did not let us do this, they would be in breach of our terms and conditions and we could rely on that if ever needed to.
