Legal documents for a new property business

I currently run a small construction business in the UK, but I am launching a property business to run alongside.

I am looking for an experienced legal professional *based in the UK* to advise me and correctly draft/issue various documents such as:

- Loan agreements for wealthy private investors
- Joint venture agreements for business partners
- Shareholder/partner agreements
- Personal guarantee documents
- Independent legal advice
- And (possibly) conveyancing

In addition to sound legal services... an essential component we will need is speed! Due to some of the fast pace property acquisitions we'll handle, quick turnaround on documents is a must.
