Description of legal work: I need a contract which my clients (Car Dealerships) sign. My software reduces my clients logistics costs and removes their auction costs from their business. But to use our services for free and gain the benefit of using the software I need them to sign a contract committing to put x amount of vehicle logistic moves and x amount of auction vehicles through our system. This needs to be a really "clear english" document setting out reasonable and fair terms for both parties.
