Legal advice on water sports rental business in Greece

My business in the process of setting up a new water sports rental business, which will run it's first trials in Greece. Working with a local partner, we will be renting water toys to boat charters.

We are looking for a legal professional who can advise on any Greek local permits / laws / restrictions / rules that might affect our business or that we need to abide by.
