Description of legal work: I have a 5 page PDF version of an MOU which I need put in editable word so that I can make edits to it and send it through our legal department. This requires re-typing or recreating document as the original to make the acceptability more ready.
Extra notes: changes I need made are: a) remove mention of $7M b) only one phase $5M investment c) remove mentions of 40% profit sharing and the reference to 15 years of joint venture. Add that the document is valid for signature for one week only and also that funds must be wired no later than 2 weeks from the date the revised MOU receipt.
