Description
Experience Level: Expert
General information for the business: We are insurance intermediaries
Industry: Legal
Legal topic: Contract
Description of legal work: We need a written agreement to receive a share of remuneration from introducing Financial advisers to a UK IFA regulated firm. The advisers will be joining the IFA firm as consultants.
Some advisers will be paying a monthly fee and a percentage of the gross sales commission they receive others will just be paying away a share of the sales commission to the firm.
I'd like to include the ability to take the advisers to my own firm in the future should things not work out. Or be compensated for the loss of income.
Extra notes:
I will upload existing contracts and agreements to assist only after accepting your quotes for reasons of confidentiality.

Is this the same James G that creates havoc for sellers, buys a legal advice hourlie then expects complex contracts drawn up without paying the extra fee quoted for drafting, doesn't pay then disappears for weeks - pops back up and threatens negative feedback if he cant get his own way? And then leaves untruthful feedback when things dont suit him, after he's received the original services? I dont think sensible sellers will want to risk such a toxic connection. Or is it a different James G with his Lamda?
