Experience Level: Intermediate
I need a Part 7 or 8 Claim form completed in relation to money I invested in my ex partners property. A legal firm acting for me on a no win no fee basis have sent a Letter Before Action to my ex but received no response. My Solicitor is trying to obtain Counsil on a no win no fee basis but I have not heard back. I can not afford high litigation fees so wish to pay for the Claim Form and ideally have representation for further correspondence on a no win no fee basis. I have drafted Particulars of claim detailing a full chronology of events, with supporting evidence in preparation.
