TOLATA, Constructive Trust claim.

I require a lawyer/barrister who specialises in UK property law.

I currently have a solicitor acting for me under a CFA, however for a number of reasons I am considering changing my legal representation. My claim was issued in July last year, and I am expecting a first court hearing in February/March.

At this stage, I am open to either:

acting as a litigant in person for the time being, with legal support on an advisory basis (e.g. help with drafting documents, compliance with directions, procedural guidance), or

instructing a new solicitor or barrister to take over conduct of the claim and represent me fully going forward.

In particular, I am looking for assistance with:

Reviewing my current CFA agreement, and the evidence supporting my wish to terminate it, including advice on any potential involvement of the Legal Ombudsman if appropriate.

Ongoing legal support with my claim, whether advisory-only initially or full representation if required.
