This person described herself as "detail-obsessed", and promised to preserve colors, margins, and natural details. I pointed out a number of errors with her first attempt, and she went on to send me two versions that deviate even further than her first did from the original scan, before sending me her first attempt again. She showed me again, claiming to have made the corrections I specified, but I found the image to have nearly all the same errors as before. I asked her to start over by re-sizing the scan, and she instead shows me a photograph I had shown her, of the ad in the magazine. I show her the scan again, and she shows me two versions of another attempt, one without the snowflakes in the background, once again with most of the original errors and a couple of new ones. She then goes on to complain how unfair it is that she has all those "new" errors to clean up that she didn't even take care of the first time.
