Description of legal work: Hi,
We are a startup agency and require contracts/ agreement templates between our agency and the freelancers we plan to work with in the following disciplines;
Graphic Design (all elements)
Copywriting
Videography (all elements)
Photography
Digital Development (all elements)
We require standard templates - However they do 'need to contain' very strong non-compete and copyright clauses. All templates 'must be' accurate under UK law.
We are hoping for this work to be completed by midday Friday (28th) at the very latest. Please include a complete break down of costs for each template in your proposal.
