Debt collection letter

A number of years ago a friend borrowed a large amount of money on three occasions. Unfortunately the transactions are not documented. I have written to him on several occasions to request repayment and it has fallen on deaf ears. I require a professionally prepared letter asking a final time for repayment prior to me taking further undesirable action to recover these monies.
