Common Law Tenancy Agreement

We are a student accommodation operator (PBSA) and would like to have an tenancy agreement reviewed so it complies with common law agreement and not fall under AST.

Also require confirmation of:

1) Permissibility of taking deposits prior to signing an agreement for a common law agreement
2) Does the 30 day deposit registration requirement under AST apply to common law agreements.
