Several emails / calls etc. So far one letter has been issued to them from a solicitors from to confirm they are risking forfeiture and also confirming as they have personal guaranators this will be pursued.
We would like to discuss options available
- send a bailiff in but that could end their obligations and leave significant void period and having to pay business rates
- prepare a letter to surrender the lease but demanding they cover x void period
- litigation - understanding the steps. a money order plus a section 146/147 of the Law of property act notice of
