Xero Admin Changes

We're having trouble getting our bookkeepers to help us in a timely manner. It's been weeks and has now become an is urgent job of updating Xero by Monday, so we can meet our extended tax deadline for 2023.

Tasks:
- Adding historical transactions to two credit cards that were previously not added in Xero. Transactions will need to be manually imported & classified, roughly 400 items, mostly the same two kinds of payments.
- Recategorizing payments to one of the cards from "Director's Distributions" to "Shipping Cost" - about 200 items in 2023
- Adjusting a transaction labeled as payout from Amazon as part loan / part payout from Amazon and adjusting the end of year liability of this loan
- Adjusting 12 items labeled contact labour to be director distributions

I think that's it and we would need, but would pay more if more work arises. We're very sick of the large bookkeeping service we hired and we would like to transition to a more personal bookkeeping service, so there is an opportunity here for ongoing monthly work.

Must be very comfortable using Xero's software.
