Had an issue initially as he kept asking me to pay but I explained him then we need to finish work before I clear the invoice which I did after his advise.

The invoice was initially sent as the work had been completed but unfortunately you kept declining the invoice despite me replying to you immediately. Maybe there was a breakdown in communication initially as it took you so long to reply back which was not ideal and the tone of the messages seemed very irate at times which I have never experienced with anyone before in my professional career.
