Urgent help needed getting book-keeping up-to-date

I require urgent assistance in getting our book-keeping on Xero up-to-date and our late VAT returns filed.

I can and will load all the income, I mainly need help in trawling through the bank statements, reconciling transactions and loading them in to Xero with the correct nominal coding.

There are around 800 outstanding transaction lines to be reconciled on Xero, however a lot of them are internal account transfers and payments in - so I would anticipate 150-200 per month will be transactions that we need to work on.

There may be ongoing work, but for the moment I'd like to treat this as a standalone project to get the backlog cleared and in to a good position where we can rely on our P&L generated on Xero, and rely on our balance sheet too.

I would prefer a bid for the whole project, although I accept there are some variables and at this stage you don't specifically know how much work is involved. A rough idea would be helpful, though.
