Description
Experience Level: Entry
40 hours per month.
£10 to £20 per hour dependant on experience.
Once the work requirements are reviewed a fixed monthly retainer and contract can be agreed.
Work from Home but able to travel into Marylebone London.
Work Days/times negotiable and flexible to suit the applicant.

This is a work-from-home job. Work hours are flexible and negotiable however this is a long-term position.

The Role
Report directly to the CEO / owner who will on-board and train you on the company's existing processes.
Send circa 20 invoices per month
Monthly bank reconciliation
Handle monthly FX transfers via our broker
Oversee cash flow management
Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts (Consolidated cash flow, P&L, Balance sheet)
Handle sales teams monthly commission calculations
Create invoices for consultants that work for the company. (10 per month)
Payroll for one employee
Requirements
Xero Experience
Must be computer literate and experienced in Excel.
High level of attention to detail
Commercial and business awareness
A friendly can-do attitude
Experience working in a UK SME accounts department.
Excellent written and spoken English.
