Statutory Accounts - First Year Micro Entity

I am looking for a UK-qualified chartered accountant to help me file the accounts and corporation tax for my Limited Company after its first year. The company currently qualifies as a micro-entity, so I just looking to file abridged accounts. I have not been using any bookkeeping software, so the accounting will need to be done from bank statements. However, the business has not been very active, so there are on average less than 5 transactions per month.
It would also be good to know if my business qualifies as dormant, and if not, advice on what steps to follow to make it dormant.

The budget is negotiable, please let me know your average rate for a project of this nature.
