We have recently integrated Xero into SimPro and are having issue logging payments against invoices in SimPro.
When we raise an invoice in SimPro, it syncs the invoice in Xero with no problem. When we add a credit to an invoice in SimPro it syncs with Xero with no problem. However, when we register a payment against an invoice in SimPro, it does not sync with Xero.
SimPro won't offer any real support as Xero isn't software. And vice versa.
I need someone that has knowledge of both systems that can investigate.
