Estimated project duration: Ongoing
We are in need of an experienced administrator who has previously worked within the accounting sector, be that with a remote access firm (like ourselves) or a traditional accounting practice.
Time commitment will be 1-2 days per week. Our preference is for at least one of these days to be a full working day so that we can keep on top of workflows.
We use a number of online systems such as IRIS, Kashflow, Xero and we all work within a hosted environment from home.
There is no requirement to be a qualified bookkeeper or accountant as this is an admin role and not an accounting / tax role.
Tasks include assisting with the following:
- New client take on
- Share transfers and other company secretarial work
- Company dissolutions
- Change of address
Experience of liaising with Companies House and HMRC will be an advantage.
Please provide a clear outline of how your previous experience will fit with our requirements.
