Self Assessment - Small Business

I own a small business and need self assessment done and submitted by the end of January for a very small amount of transactions (I was in the run-up to business so this is primarily startup expenses). This would also involve a small amount of PayE work (was working previously untaxed due to an unusual circumstance and the PayE has been calculated by HMRC and I have the letter).

The job will need to be completed ASAP
