Quickbooks Advanced Accounts Book Keeper

We are looking for a super advanced bookkeeper that maintain:

- Accounts recievable
- Chase outstanding invoices and make sure cashflow is positive each week
- Meet woth the MD on line to discuss account issues, concerns and positive comments to drive the business
- Arrange credit notes, check invoices, alter invoices and be an avid operator of Quickbooks to balance accounts in a positive manner

- You MUST have 5 years plus of Quickbooks online
- Be able to speak and have a high level of written English as you will need to contact clients reguarley to solve account issues
- Be wither a registered accountant or advanced book keeper working with SMB's
- Be ready to start asap!
- Have a VERY good internet connection and able to use tools such as Quickbooks, Excel, email and Google video hangout.

This is part time work to start with that will grow as the busisness grows so to start with it will be 2 hours per week.
