Part Time Xero Bookkeeping Support

We are a Mechanical and Electrical contracting business working across London. We are looking for someone to assist in the finance department to relieve strain while our business is growing on a long term basis.

You will need to have extensive experience of Xero and Dext and familiar with using Xero tracking categories to allocate costs and revenue to various cost centres to allow tracking of P&L at project level.

You will also assist with VAT returns, CIS Contractor and Subcontractor reporting and assisting with timesheets, invoice reminders, etc.

We would envisage the above to take between 12 - 16 hours per week.

We are based on Wandsworth Town in London so if you would like to attend the office, you would have the benefit of use of a dedicated desk and facilities while working for other clients at no cost.

While this role can be carried out remotely, we would require someone based in UK/within the same time zone.
