Initial clarification meeting before setting up UK company (LTD)

I am in the process of registering a company and already got my business plan and pretty much a decent idea on how will operate everything in a practical way. I will be the Director and Secretary myself so need to understand a few question before actually setting up from a legal perspective. Most accountants don't want to do a initial meeting with no strings attached even so I am paying for it. This could be a phone call, a chat though emails or any other form or written chat, or even a video call I don't mind at all. A simple 30m to 1h meeting with an experienced UK accountant to clarify some questions before opening a 1 man show business.
