Human Resources Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in HR. You’ll support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with posting job openings and scheduling interviews

Help onboard new hires and prepare new employee files

Maintain and update employee records and databases

Support payroll and benefits administration tasks

Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate contact

Assist with organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions

Provide general administrative support to the HR department
