    On deciding to have a career change I began working as a Virtual Assistant in 2015. So I embarked on a new challenge and set up Help! VA Ltd, for two reasons, firstly to help small businesses grow and succeed, and secondly to provide flexible working jobs for talented administration professionals.

    Along with my small team, I provide administrative support to clients from a variety of different sectors including Accountancy, Charities, IT, Construction, Wellness and HR.

    We undertake a multitude of tasks including:
    • Assisting with general administration
    • Diary and inbox management
    • Social media marketing
    • Travel booking
    • Expenses management
    • Audio typing
    • Bookkeeping and raising invoices (Xero Certified)
    • Data entry
    • Research
    • Arranging meetings via telephone and email
    • Email marketing via MailChimp
    • Event management
    • Assisting clients to implement new systems and processes to make their businesses run more smoothly

    I feel strongly about what a Virtual Assistant can do for business. A good Virtual Assistant is a real asset to any business. From freeing up business owners day to day by taking on tasks to using their wealth of knowledge and experience to put systems and processes in place and help the business to grow and achieve. Good admin support makes a company more efficient, productive and ultimately more profitable.

      As a small charity, we staged our biggest and most complex ever public conference, very dependent on Siobhan to do all the administration and organising.
