Help setting up and maintaining kashflow

I am completely new to online bookkeeping software. I have always used the old fashioned way pen and paper and tend to send a whole heap of receipts to my accountant at the last minute every year.
I really want to get organised so I have set up a free trial with KASHFLOW but need some help and support in setting up my account and also some help with ongoing maintenance to ensure everything is in order
