Experience Level: Entry
We are a group of 3 relatively small Social Enterprises (Community Interest Companies), we currently do it all internally with the exception of an accountant to do our annual accounts and respond to occasional queries.
We need a reliable, trustworthy person, initially for 3 hours a month to:
* Work with our manager to set up payments for staff and freelancers on our system near the end of the month (this currently takes us around an hour)
* Keep track of the amount of outstanding invoices that haven't been paid and communicate the outstanding amount to relevant members of our team
* Invoices are dealt with by a member of our team, but we may occasionally need help to chase up any persistent non payers.
* Keep quickbooks and quickfile updated (this should take around 1 hour)
The role may grow and you may be asked to take on more responsibilities over time. At the moment we are planning on keeping collating invoices, sending invoices and chasing invoices internally, but this may change if we find a reliable and efficient person who understands our organisations.
