    1. What are the top 3 priorities for the first 10 hours, and what does “done” look like for each?
    2. For any calls/contacts, will anything require account verification / acting on your behalf? If yes, are you happy to handle authenticated steps while I prep + take notes?
    3. Preferred output format: one brief doc + shortlist + contact/call log (all in WorkStream), or something else?
