Do my VAT returns every 3 months

this is a very simple job. I registered a business in january and also registered with VAT. I have not commenced trading, but will in September. However VAT needs to be done every 3 months. Now it is due and I do not have the time, of course HMRC is chasing me. I just need someone to submit it for period ending August, which will be a nill Value and let's use this as a means of introducing ourselvs, then I will happily use you for my future returns and also annual and personal accounts.
