The Care Hub provides Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Services to Domiciliary and Home Care Providers across the UK. Our RPO Services enables care providers to source, hire and retain care workers which ultimately grows their business and their profits.

We are looking for someone with excellent Financial/Commercial Analyst skills to help us analyse our data so that we can show potential clients how they can double/triple the size of their business by investing in our RPO services.

As the CEO, I am looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who can help me to articulate our value proposition to prospective new clients as well as provide valuable feedback to our existing clients about the business benefits that have been realised as a result of using The Care Hub's services.

Our current needs are detailed below:

1) We need data/information from one of our existing clients analysing so that we can present the business improvements back to both the client. We also need to build a case study and infographic from this data to demonstrate our capabilities to prospective new clients.

2) We need a visual way of showing potential new clients what investment will be required by them to get the results they need. This needs to be done in such a way that we can change a few variables for each client (i.e Hours Worked, Cost per hour, number of additional employees per month needed etc) and then present the costs associated with our services, and revenue growth they will achieve as a result.

Because this is not my area of expertise, I am conscious that I may not be articulating my needs 100% accurately, but I am confident that a conversation and screen share will resolve any issues.

Please note: I am open minded about completing these tasks as either individual projects or as one. I would also appreciate any advice and guidance about additional/alternative ways to analyse and present our data but please note, our clients ultimately respond better to a visual representations rather than boring XL spreadsheets.

Depending on your skills we will need to create charts/graphs and may also need to get someone creative to develop some infographic but I will discuss this in more detail with the chosen consultant.
