Bookkeeper wanted for around 20 hours per month - Quickbooks Online Software

Qualifications: Bookkeeping qualifications are essential. Accountancy qualifications would be desirable.

We had a fantastic bookkeeper who sadly had to leave for personal reasons. They worked around 20 hours per month.

We are looking for a new bookkeeper to take over who is familiar with Quickbooks to provide tasks including the below.

Weekly:
Entering purchase invoices (creating new suppliers where necessary)
Posting accruals

Monthly / Quaterly:
Reconciling Paypal and bank account
Entering website sales totals
Entering refunds
Preparing and checking VAT returns

Other:
Some elements such as converting WIPS to stock and posting costs of sales are a little more complex, so require someone with good problem solving abilities.

We have clearly documented processes and systems in place for bookkeeping. Full written instructions will be provided for all tasks. However, a good understanding of bookkeeping and quickbooks will be necessary in order to carry out the jobs below effectively and accurately. We would also like someone who can help to implement new systems and documentation as it becomes necessary.
