Bookkeeper, Payroll and VAT returns

We require a bookkeeper to:

* Process 60 transactions a month (most are auto-tagged)
* Keep track of our VAT and file quarterly returns (each vat sale is carefully tracked by our team) and
* Process payroll (same each month) for 2 directors.

We estimate this would take on average 5 hours per month. It can be done once, at the middle to end of the month.

Please quote a fixed price, which is the average price we would pay per month for 5 hours (and mention how much per hour in your proposal).
