Bookkeeper required! 10-12 hours a month & initial 15 hours

Bookkeeper required across 3 small businesses (working with me)- 1 is VAT registered, 2 need payroll and 1 just bookkeeping required. Annual accounts are not required, but VAT preparation/ideally submission is.

Need 10 hours a month for:
*Payroll (2 employees, 2 businesses)
* Setting up monthly payments to be approved by me.
* Bookkeeping- accounting software (all 3 small businesses).
* VAT
* Providing reminders for key accounting dates

I have been going through some significant personal events this year and am behind with a number of elements. There is an additional 15 hours in month 1 to sort through and get through the backlog.

Need someone who is knowledgable, calm and non-judgemental as there is a lot of catching up to do. Ideally looking for someone to work with long term.
