Accounting help needed

I’m looking for an experienced accountant who can help me sort out a serious backlog with HMRC. I used to run a business, which is now being struck off. Since 2023, I’ve had no proper accounting in place. I’ve never claimed VAT, mileage, expenses, or anything—so it’s all in a mess. I’ve already been fined for missed VAT payments.
I need someone who knows how to deal with HMRC messes, late filings, penalties, and negotiating payment plans. I’m on a very limited budget, so if there’s any way to access public help or advice on low-cost options, that’s ideal. I just want to get back on track.
