Accounting Excel Workbook

I'm seeking someone that is extremely familiar with Excel and accounting. I have an accounting workbook with a lot of different reconciliation tabs. It has been recommended, however, that the workbook be condensed. The initial stage in this project is to combine the loan schedules from various tabs into a single tab. This project needs the immediate availability of someone. Following that, I'm open to suggestions on what additional tabs may be condensed.
