Accounting/bookkeeper

I am a Director of a VAT registered company (seasonal Christmas business selling products on Amazon, Etsy, Ebay and via our own website) I am looking for some help with bookkeeping and accounting and general Company Administration. Someone with experience of bookeeping and accounting for the various marketplaces would be ideal We use Xero for Cloud Accounting and Dropbox for sharing files. I would like to find someone who can take control of accounting administration and provide monthly Management Reports . We hope that a few hours per month would be sufficient.
