Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
General information for the business: Small E-commerce
Kind of support: End of year account
Description of support work: I am looking for an account able to prepare and file my company accounts for the year 2016-2017 by the of 31.01.2018
ABOUT THE ACCOUNTANT
- At least 1 year of experience in preparing and filing company accounts
- Experience with UK companies (previous experience with e-commerce, a nice to have)
- Experience in al the process of filing the accounts with Companies House
ABOUT MY COMPANY
The company is a very small e-commerce platform that has generated only few sales (less than £3000). The company does not have VAT number. There is only one shareholder and director.
We have 2 accounts:
1) Paypal Pro (to manage the online payments)
Most of the transactions are mainly "test payments of 0.1cent" (done by the team), monthly
paypal fees, few clients purchase and payment to distributors
2) Bank Account (to manage mainly BtoB transactions)
Transactions include: lawyer, business trips, bank fees, payments to distributors
NOTE
In order to help the accountant, I have already prepared 2 separate excel sheets (for each account) covering the accounting period, with details of each transaction. In this way the accountant will have a very easy work to do.
I will be very happy to find someone to start and finish the work asap and avoid arriving close to the deadline.
This is a one time project, with the chance to get more work for other activities I have in place.
I look forward to receive fair quotations from reliable professionals
Extra notes: I have already worked with Freelancers mainly via Upwork, I hope to find someone professional here too.
