Estimated project duration: 1 - 6 months
We need a virtual assistant for 2-3 days a week, 2-3 hours on each of those days, depending on demand. This is an opportunity that is available initial for at least 3 months.
This work will be on behalf of a new building company that is located in the South East of England, mainly dealing with small to medium sized repair and renovation projects, including insurance jobs, on behalf of residential households.
We need someone, working under the guidance of the director, to:
- deal with e-mail enquiries (and potentially call back customers if they prefer to speak with someone)
- prepare quotes/estimates using an established template and pricing process
- coordinate jobs using our network of tradespeople
- identify, add and vet new tradespeople to our network
- contact insurance companies in cases where there is an issue that needs resolving
- follow-up with customers to ensure the job has been done to their satisfaction
- Prepare and submit invoices
- support on-line and social media marketing
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work flexibly, develop and use a variety of skills, and generate a regular income, while working on helping develop a new company. Full training and support will be given.
We're looking for a reliable, industrious, positive and enthusiastic person, with good written and oral communication skills and able to build relationships with customers, tradespeople and insurance companies, who can work under their own initiative and with limited supervision.
Work to start within the next 2-4 weeks, depending on your availability.
