Tender Bid Writing

I am looking for a business minded person who could help pull together all the information we have collated to write up our tender for a project we are bidding for. The project relates to installation and commissioning of a fuel testing laboratory in an African country. Our local company in that country will be tendering for the project but the actual installation will be carried out by another company with the requisite technical expertise. All the necessary information to enable us write up the bid has been provided by the technical company and will be made available to successful bidder here. I will also be supporting the process as much as possible to clarify any aspects needing clarification. I do not need just a writer but someone with both writing and business skills who will be able to use the information provided to write a good and competitive bid. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we now have limited time (3 days max) to turn this around. I look forward to receiving your bid.
