We operate in the UK care industry which is undergoing rapid change due to COVID-19.
One of the key requirements is assessing risk to protect staff and identify safe work zone for staff identified as being vulnerable. The job brief is to build a simple risk assessment sore card which can be used for each employee. Which delivers green, amber or red scores to support a risk review and action plan.
