Power Bi Report

Dropped Tickets Power Bi Spec:


The company runs on a ticketing system, which is on Jira.

Tickets are scheduled to a staff member’s calendar using the jira app called Tempo.

Time that is used on a ticket is recorded on by the staff member using a Jira App called Tempo.

Project Managers need to be able to report back to clients on what status of completion work is.

To prevent a Project Manager from reaching out to a developer on every individual ticket, there needs to be an internal management system which highlights tickets which have not been updated correctly by the team member working on the task.

Tables:

All information for the reports has been integrated into tables on Azure (my SQL) and updated daily.

These tables are:

Tempo- Information on work scheduled/ planned
Work Loggs- Information on the time recorded
Allissues- Jira Ticket information

Aim

To create a report that shows tickets that have:

Been Allocated and scheduled, but have not had time recorded on them.
Been allocated and scheduled, time recorded, but no ticket status change
Been allocated and scheduled, time recorded, ticket status changed, but no comment.

Features

Ability to be on URL- The Report will be accessible on a Hyerlink on a website.
Scheduled date
This field is will show all records less than Now()-1 (yesterday)
With Issue_key as the linking key, Scheduled date should only show the latest date in out of all the related [issue key] records.
Work Log date
Issue_ Key is the linking key. The table may have multiple entries. This field to list the last date in related to the Issue Key.

Ability to export as CSV from Report
Ability to Sort and filter on the following fields
Assignee
Updated date
Last comment date
Last Work Log Date
