I am looking for ideas and thoughts around some very big questions I am working on as a research study.
There are tech companies scaling rapidly these days, not just locally, but globally. As organisations scale, questions around culture sustainability, employer brand, the search for talent, HR tech solutions are on every entrepreneurs mind.
I am willing to pay money to gather thoughts on some of these topics - see below:
- How do you foster a winning and robust culture / mindset in a company that needs to grow from 150 to 1000 with dozens of offices on the planet? What pitfalls have you seen happening in the past and what would you do to avoid them?
- How would you bring more continuous education in a team that is 29 years in average and is innovating every day?
- What are the best HR tools you've seen that added lots of value to a company for recruitment, appraisal and collective pride of a team? What useless tools have you seen?
