Make an international price list .

Hi I’m hoping this is the best place to post this.
I need help creating an international price list for a set of products I offer.
I have quiet a few countries interested in purchasing and I’m not really sure if google convert is the right place to be translating prices. I’m sure this is an easy job to do but I just don’t have the time.
I would like the price list converted to the following countries currency.
Nigeria
South Africa
Ghana
Egypt
America
Dubai
Euros - all Countries with the Euro
British pounds
