IT Support

As a growing IT support company we require additional freelance remote support to join our team of IT professionals. Although we are Kent based most of the work involves remote and telephone support during normal business hours.

The successful candidate will be allocated trouble tickets that are appropriate to their experience. You will need to log-in to the client portal to update the status of each ticket and the time taken to resolve the issue.

Experience in customer support and troubleshooting Microsoft small business networks is preferred.
