Interactive PDF forms with various formulas included

Hi

I have 3 documents that need to be interactive PDF forms.

The three documents comprise of two ms word review files (one is a replica of other minus one or two sections) and one PDF monitoring file which already has been converted into a form but needs the calculations added.

The forms are to be used to enable businesses to input data about their employees. There are calculations within the form that need to pull data from one field to the other and also show some of the calculation as %.

There are a total of 141 pages over the three documents, but not all of the pages in all of the documents needs to have form functionalities added.

I need a freelancer who can:
>Understand how Adobe forms works specifically calculations and is able to debug issues should they get them
>Work promptly - I need this work completed by the end of this week
